Brad Hoshaw & Friends celebrate release of album with intimate concert

An “in-the-round” performance with songwriters Jessica Malone and Seth Grauer supports Hoshaw’s latest release, Living On a Sliver

On Friday, November 19, 2021, singer-songwriter Brad Hoshaw of Mokelumne Hill, CA will perform an in-person concert with songwriters Jessica Malone (Hattie & the Moon Howlers) and Seth Grauer (Brotherly Mud).

The event will take place from 7:00-9:00 pm at Sutter Creek Provisions which is located at 78 Main Street in Sutter Creek, CA. This is an all-ages show, with a $10 (cash) cover charge at the door.

Brad Hoshaw is an award-winning singer-songwriter residing in Northern California, best known for his soothing tenor voice and his contemplative and earnest storytelling. Brad is just as capable at churning out pop gems as he is at playing tear-in-your-beer somber lullabies. His style combines the haunting almost churchy feel of Jeff Buckley and the country character of Townes Van Zandt. He believes in the healing power of sad songs and values his authentic connection with the listener above all.

Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Brad Hoshaw is the winner of five Omaha Entertainment & Arts Awards. Brad has composed music for American Public Media's 'Marketplace with Kai Rysdall' as well as the Blue Barn Theatre production of "Grass So Tall, Sky So Black" and the Amazon Prime film "Black Luck". He has volunteered his time at Nebraska prisons helping inmates channel their experiences into songs. He is also the founder of the Benson Songwriter Exchange, a community that continues to meet bi-weekly in Omaha to workshop songs and discuss craft. Since April of 2021, he has also served on the Board of Directors at Amador Arts, supporting the arts in rural Amador County.

In August 2019, Brad moved to Northern California, where he is currently booking solo-acoustic shows and promoting the release of his newest album Living On A Sliver.

Sutter Creek Provisions is a craft beer bottle shop & a live music venue with 13 taps available in the historic Soracco building, featuring Farm to Fork dining from Chef Tim Blankenship.
